Videos in Libraries with Subtitles

Videos could be played in libraries, but sound may have to be turned down to avoid disturbing other users. If we had subtitles, then at least people who wanted to watch it would understand it. The auto generated captions are poor quality – it would be better to get someone in to type out exactly what is being said.
