World Book Day Digital Book Tokens
World Book Day digital book tokens can be used to buy one of our £1/€1.50 World Book Day books, or to get £1/€1.50 off a full-price book.
Each digital token is single use per transaction, but schools can share the same token with all parents and carers. The same PDF and barcode can be used for every child within the school.
Digital tokens can be shown on a phone or tablet, or printed and taken into a participating bookseller.

Home educators and childminders
We no longer require you to send in a stamped envelope. Please sign-up to receive our newsletter and digital tokens will be shared in early February.
Please note: Only ONE TOKEN can be used per transaction.
The book token barcode can either be scanned from your phone/tablet screen or printed out and shown in-store. Please check if your local bookseller can accept the barcode on mobile devices before visiting.
The World Book Day £1/€1.50 book token can be redeemed with participating retailers. Tokens are generally not redeemable with online retailers.
