    About the Authors

    Peter Curtis

    Peter Curtis is a Welsh-born author, creator and producer of children’s characters, books and television series, including some of the most successful animated television shows for young children: Bob The Builder, Rubbadubbers and The Koala Brothers. With over twenty-five years’ experience in children’s media, he knows what makes a good story! Peter is the creator of The World of Dinosaur Roar! series of children’s books for Macmillan which was inspired by the classic Dinosaur Roar! by Paul Stickland and Henrietta Stickland. It is the first set of picture books Peter has both written and created.

    Jeanne Willis

    Jeanne Willis is an internationally renowned author and has published over four hundred books, ranging from picture books including The Bog Baby, Tadpole’s Promise and Who’s in the Loo?, to a retelling of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland, to YA, poetry and fiction. She has won several awards, including the Children’s Book Award and the Silver Smarties Prize, and has also been shortlisted for the Whitbread Award.
